The anger always happens to many people. It do not give you any value. In addition, it makes you feel terrible. The anger is also makes you get a headache too because a stress is collected in your body. When it increases too much, it will affect to your nerves and make you get a headache or stomachache. I am the one person who sometimes feel angry. One day, I think that my anger always harms me. It never help me to do anything, so I think I have to do something to it. I know that it is impossible to make it dissapears from my mind, but I think I can reduce my anger. There are suggestions for you to reduce your anger...
1.You can take a deep breath for two or three times. This can make you feel more comfortable.
2.You should try to get out of the place that makes you feel angry at that moment and try to make yourself relaxed.
3.You may talk to your friends or your family about your anger. This can make you can release your bad feeling out.
4.Do not think too much! Let your brain flows naturally.
5.Learn to forgive... :)
Some tips are difficult to do, but I think these are good ways to make a better personality and better life
