Do you know "Macrobiotics " ?
How to eat? Not eat your meal but focus on "live" to resist disease. Generally, people today tend to get used to eating fast food more than homemade. Because the daily routine in a hurry or anything. In the future, we can't predict that how we can escape from the danger of diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, Coronary stenosis, Cancer amd so on?
From this blog, I will present about "Macrobiotics".
The meaning of Macrobiotic.
The meaning of the word "Macro" is a great "bio" is life. So Macrobiotic is the great way of life which we have to consume and operate our life in accordance with nature. Consuming in natural food as much as possible is a major key concept of macrobiotic . The food is not processed by the industry with chemical additives and must be found in local areas.
Bright Life will not hurt ... by the way ill Macrobiotic.
Macroboitic emphasis on nature life. Food should be grown with traditional methods. Now we called "the Organic food". when we cook organic food. We should cook by less methods amd not complicate. Emphasize the natural flavors of food. For example, from vegetables such as sweet, Salinity of sea salt, sour from pickles or sour fruits with various and spicy herbal taste of vegetables.
From the given, as you can see good food make good health just like "You are what you eat." Not only good food but also positive thinking. I think body and mind must be balance. Remember that most people are happy and healthy only when body and mind work in unison (Wholeness as Perfection).
